This laser-straight 1957 Dodge D100 pickup or “Power Giant” pickup has been finished in a distinctive factory-correct Bermuda Coral and Alaska White two-tone paint combination and features a side-mount spare, a beautifully finished oak bed and a rebuilt 315/204 HP engine. A fully opening hood, power steering and brakes, a beefier 12-volt ignition system, tubeless tires and a pushbutton automatic transmission were added to make for a better truck. The traditional cargo box was unchanged, but the standard engine was given a 5 HP kick in the tail. The steel sheet metal on this D100 is fantastic, and the Bermuda Coral on Alaska White paint is beautiful. All the chrome is in beautiful condition, including the bumpers and bumper guards, badging and the Chrysler wire wheels, while the oak-wood bed and side-mount spare finish the exterior perfectly. The two-tone color combination is continued into the interior. An Alaska White dashboard and bench seat are accented with Bermuda Coral door panels and some upholstery. Interior comfort options include an AM radio, power steering and a pushbutton automatic transmission.
